Google Forms: Adding a List of Calendar Dates

If you need to add a whole list of items to a multiple choice, choose from a list or checkboxes item type you can copy and paste from a Google Doc or Spreadsheet. Create the list of dates in Google Spreadsheet and then copy and paste into the Google Form.
