What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact Forms
When visitors fill out a contact or feedback form on the site we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Web Server Logs
We gather certain information automatically through your use of the site. This information may include IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring or exit pages, the files viewed on the Site, external link clicks, operating system, and date/time stamps. We use this data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment or survey response, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments quickly and mitigate spam.
For users that create a user account on our website (mainly administrators), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Security
We use servers protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our visitors. Hosting is currently provided by Lodestone Systems using servers from InterServer.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
